I GET IT
I spent a decade building a gym from the ground up to 300+ members, managing a full client roster, coaching staff, running the backend, all of it.
On paper things looked great. Inside I was exhausted and knew something had to change.
I'd outgrown it. I wanted to work deeper, with ambitious women going after big things, and actually help them get there. So I left, had my first son, and rebuilt everything from scratch with one thing I wasn't willing to compromise on: my business had to fit my life.
With less time I got ruthless about what actually worked. I stopped doing all the things and got obsessed with understanding what actually creates results versus just the feeling of being busy.
Since having my second child I've doubled my income while working less than I ever have. That's what building a business the right way actually looks like. And helping other women get there is the work I was always meant to do.
