I spent over a decade in the fitness industry, getting up at the crack of dawn to train clients and run my gym. I understand cash flow pressure, inconsistent months, the mental load of managing clients while also trying to grow, and what it costs you personally when your business doesn't have the right systems underneath it. I lived all of it.
But eventually I hit a point where I knew it wasn't what I wanted long-term. So I exited the gym. And having that space, plus becoming a mom for the first time, gave me the room to get really clear on how I wanted to do business differently and who I wanted to serve.

Strategy has always come naturally to me. What that training gave me was the ability to get underneath it, to help women clear what's actually blocking them so the strategy can finally land. Because in my experience those two things are completely inseparable.
